DescriptionCoconut shell bowl, the outer surface relief-carved with a fluted pattern on the bottom, a band of cross-hatch cuts, the name "ABRAM. GARDNER." in raised letters, surmounted by a circumferential rope-and-tassel pattern; wooden handle carved in a spiral/twist pattern, with a loop on the end to accommodate a hook or lanyard; non-ferrous mounting flange with four non-ferrous pins. By the same hand as (and a companionpiece of) 00.239.14, which bears the name "RHOBA HAFFARDS."
