DescriptionWatch hutch by the same hand as the one in the collection of the New Bedford Whaling Museum, and another in the collection of the Peabody Essex Museum, regarded as the finest of their species. The scrimshaw was historically in the Hupper Home, given Marguerite Johnson, neighbor child, circa 1920's, thene to Ross Levett 1970's, sold circa 1980s.
