DescriptionWhaling bark Stafford in wharf. New Bedford Cordage Company and Duff warehouse in background.Built at Kingston in 1848 and bought by T. & A. R. Nye of New Bedford in 1851, she made thirteen voyages ending her whaling days in 1889 under the house flag of J. & W. R. Wing. She remained in the registry until 1896, but her ultimate fate is not recorded.
