DescriptionHold empty, tanks full, the fishing vessel HARMONY crosses Buzzards Bay in 1953, outward bound. The only fisherman with an A-frame mast depicted in this book, the 53-foot vessel was built in South Portland, Maine, in 1941. Norman Fortier photographed scores of commercial fishing craft during his career, creating a unique reference source for students of the New Bedford fishing industry.
