DescriptionThis is a child's small off-white cotton over shirt or blouse. The shirt is very short and is decorated with many different details. The billowed sleeves are gathered near the shoulder, layered, pleated near the edges and have lace trim. The front has many horizontal pleats and floral embroidery with lace and zig-zag ribbon details. The shirt has a drawstring along the bottom that ties at two places in the back.On View
