DescriptionThis very thick off-white cotton petticoat is quilted and hanstitched that is gathered at the waistband. The slit ties at the top. There is one button hole on the waistband. The bottom has a wave-like quilted pattern. Above that area, there are diagonal quilt stitches. The bottom interior has a 3 1/2" glazed cotton fabric, possibly to keep dirt from clinging to the bottom.On View
