DescriptionThis is a long white petticoat with three metal clasps at the waistband. The petticoat is gathered in the back at the waistband. The fabric is longer in the back which create a train effect. There is a tag pinned to the skirt that reads "A.W. Holmes". The skirt has a 7 1/4" border with lace like crochet detail and ten 1 1/2" sections of three pink ribbons in a diagonal stripe pattern. The inside has two cotton straps attached to it, possibly for hanging.On View
