DescriptionThis fan has painted white sticks and guardsticks with a silver design. The fan leaf is made of paper. On the one side there is a painted red, pink and white flower pattern. On the reverse side of the fan there is an advertisement for a Bissel Carpet Sweeper with two figures using a sweeper and holding fans. The fan has a metal loop. The sticks of the fan are painted purple.On View
