DescriptionAn unmarked mincing knife with a hemlock wood "keeper". The knife has a thin blade with a steel spine (riveted in six places) and a 24" edge length. The blade is 2 3/4" deep under the spine. The wood handles have brass ferrules and are thick with whale oil.
