DescriptionA watercolor on glass of a Crown Milano bowl filled with flowers on a covered table with a piece of sheet music. It is the only known painting by Albert Steffin. It is rare to find signed painted glass.ProvenanceAlbert Steffin was the head of Mount Washington Decorating Department and rarely signed his work. It was "prize of Louis' collection". Paid $2,500.00 at auction in Maine (worth more?) more than ten years ago. Nothing is known of the previous owners.
