DescriptionA Civil War cartridge box and sling. The leather box has inner and outer flaps that cover the metal boxes in the interior of the box. The sling attaches with two metal buckles on the back of the box. An oval brass plaque on the front of the box reads "U.S." The inner flap is stamped "P. Chillingworth / Maker / Greenfield Mass."On View
