DescriptionA small sperm whale tooth, polychrome engraved on one side with a pinprick transfer. The picture is a figure of a woman in a low-cut gown, long hair partly pulled back and partly in ringlets at the temples. She is holding a broad-brimmed hat slung from her left arm and a cuff or bracelet on her right wrist. Verso: polished but undecorated.On View
