DescriptionSmall metal lance with spear-shaped point to head, likely used with shoulder gun. Has a long, wide boss that tapers into a cylindrical shank. Shank is quite short and terminates into a flat-shaped butt-end. A tab juts out from the butt-end of the shank. Probably used on smaller whales (porpoises) or large fish.
