DescriptionChinese export porcelain white ground with green and gold ornamentation around the rim of the pot. A band at the top is green with gold garland inside and a swagged gold garland around the rim. The side of the pot has a large urn shaded in black and gold with roses and vines surrounding. Urn is 2 1/2 " high. Pistol handle and spout handle is 3" long. Spout is 3 1/2" long.

The Chinese Export porcelain chocolate pot and domed cover is painted to each side with an en grisaille urn with famille rose flowers issuing from the cover and surmounted by a bird, its wings out-stretched. A blue enamel band around the neck with, below, a wavy blue enamel band with hanging flowers with similar decoration on the cover which has a flower bud finial. The spout is molded in the form of a bird's mouth and the handle has a pistol grip.
