DescriptionA pie crimper with an octagonal panone handle, mortised with a bone pin onto a U-shaped transverse panbone foreshaft which when viewed from the side is in the abstract shape of a songbird, the "tail" a star-shaped stationary crimper (pastry stamp) (approximnately 315 degrees of a conventional fluted wheel), the other terminating in a saddle, the "eyes" formed by a non-ferrous metal axle, with a distinctive sawtooth-fluted panbone wheel.On View
