DescriptionTapered black wooden shaft, recessed at the bottom for a metal overlay tip (not present); fancywork silver ferrule; three-piece L-shaped handle, comprised of a panbone foreshaft, relief-carved with a pendant tassle or bell-pull device on a shield-like medallion; ovate panbone grip, fastened with a wooden post and two non-ferrous pins; convex whale ivory cap. Probably by the same hand as 1919.31.14.
