DescriptionA blown glass lamp in two colors: a light blue base and stem topped by a circular flattened font of milk white glass (showing striation). The domed font is topped by a brass collar. The base has a saucer base with vase-shaped stem with a large glass knop on the stem with a large glass wafer on which the font rests. Probably burned whale oil. If the lamp was European, it would have used colza oil.Purchased from Continental Gun Shop 5th Ave. NY in 1975
