DescriptionOff white fine wool twill (possibly wool weft on a silk warp) vest or waistcoat embroidered in off white silk twist with flowers trailing up the front and around the collar. Has four covered buttons and three front pockets. Back is of polished beige cotton, and back tie has a button and button hole on one side and a brass (?) buckle on the other.ProvenanceTaber, Bourne, Knowles families. Worn by George A.
