DescriptionOne-piece shaft and foreshaft of whale skeletal bone (panbone), the lower shaft plain tapered, the upper shaft spiral carved with a carved ferrule, octagonal foreshaft; surmounted by a baleen separator; whale ivory pommel full-round carved in the form of a clenched left fist.
