DescriptionA boat scarfing short-butt chisel or cutting tool - joins pointing aft, no paint in between, slightly hollowed out at joint. The wooden handle, slightly flat on one side, has a brass collar at the joint with metal. The chisel was used by Charlie Beetle in his boat building business.
