DescriptionPairpoint yellow canaria compote with grape and cable pattern, small stem, and flat round base. Beginning in 1915, Pairpoint began to produce colored plate, which typically featured cut and engraved designs. Colored plate exemplifies the taste for Colonial Revival wares found across all art forms from that period. Many patterns were phased out by the 1930s and production ceased altogether in 1937.ProvenanceGift of Mrs. Carl W. KeilOn View
