DescriptionAnchored whaleship in center foreground. Sails taken down and only one whaleboats appears to remain on-board. To the right of the ship's bowsprit are two small boats, each with a man, possibly digging for clams. To the left of the ship's stern is a small steam-powered fishing boat.
