DescriptionPiece of live oak from Bark ROUSSEAU of New Bedford.ProvenanceROUSSEAU- Built at Philadelphia for merchant service 1801. Sold into whaling 1832, retired in 1886 after 13 voyages. Derelict on NB waterfront alongside DESDEMONA from 1866 to 1893, when it was broken up.
