DescriptionMonochrome engraved one side only. Recto: Compass rose with rays; standing (dancing?) figure of a female figure, in feathered headdress, leotard-style blouse, patriotic stars on short trousers, ankle-length boots, holding a caduceus in her left hand, likely a theatrical or music hall performance costume. Near the base is a scene resembling Mont St. Michel off the coast of France (a walled cathedral or monastery on an island). Verso: polished, undecorated. Base drilled.
An extremely odd combination of images.
